Atlantica online: Summer blues

In Atlantica online, I am hanging out with Hong Gil-Dong, gathering some leather. Hong Gil-Dong appears to be a move reference, Descendants of hong gil-dong.
Hong Gil Dong was the illegitimate son of a high ranked minister. A local monk took him under his wing and taught him martial arts. Hong Gil Dong was inspired to fight for the injustice in this society that divided people into nobles and ordinary citizens whereby the former enjoyed all the privileges due solely to their birth.

Don’t forget this weekend is another bonus xp weekend for atlantica online.
All servers will be granted 150% Bonus Experience every Saturday and Sunday in May.

There is a new mercenary out for Atlantica Online, the empress himiko
This month we are proud to feature our newest addition to Atlantica Online, The Empress Himiko. She is a new bow wielding mercenary that is beneficial to any team’s formation. Players will have an array of choices on obtaining this new mercenary.Such as purchasing the recruitment items from an NPC, or venturing forth into our new Squad Dungeon, the Haunted Tatami Room located in the Shogun Castle of Death.
The new Squad Dungeon can be entered by first going through the Shogun Castle of Death. This dungeon will allow a squad of up to 15 people to enter and get the materials necessary to recruit the Empress. Players will be able to obtain the dungeon key by purchasing it from NPC Nikola in exchange for Atlantis Coins, and the key will be only useable by the squad leader.

Atlantica Online: Free gifts

Time wise I think its late at night for European or Asian players.
Starting February 26th, players level 20 and above who are online at 1 p.m. Pacific Standard Time will receive a gift – prized products like licenses, scrolls, potions and more! All for just for playing at the right time!
However you can get free items by being logged in at that time.

NPC – Jang Gil San
Jang Gil-san was a “Robin Hood” hero, born to a runaway slave and raised by entertainers, who dreams of a nation for the people.
A TV series released on 2004 on this character.
Atlantica Online: Jan Update

Note that you can make some squad changes:
Mercenaries
The maximum number of Lady Knight mercenaries allowed in a formation has been increased to 2.
The maximum number of Cannoneer mercenaries allowed in a formation has been increased to 2.
Also note you have to do a quest to get past 80. I’m not sure why.
In order for main characters to level up to 80 and above, they must now complete NPC Scheherazade’s Desperado in Steppe quest.
If the quest is not completed, the main character will not be able to level up to 80 and their mercenaries will not be able to level up to 85.
From the forums it looks like a druid merc is on the way.
Notes on the uncoming patch can be found and commentary on the new druid.
With the druid merc you will be able to buy it from the Ndoor store, or gain it through a quest that needs 3 party’s of level 120 players in a new dungeon.
There are also some other changes.
Now you can have double of some C mercs in party.

If you have not seen it, look at the Event schedule.
Monster Invasions
Oct. 3, 4, 17, 18, 31Monsters are invading the towns of Atlantica. The GMs will announce when the towns are under attack, so be sure to protect the citizens of your towns from the ghastly beasts! You may find a Jack-O-Lantern!
However note that the Jack-O-Lanterns are temporary so we don’t get to keep them past this month.
The other really casual friendly event is some bonus xp’s

We can now Enter into Van Gogh’s Gallery. Some are already on the forums calling it easy
The level cap has gone up to 130. There is a quest you have to do before you can level to it with your main.
The new Minstrel Paganini, seems cool. She wields a musical instrument. The previous new mercenary was the Hwarang. There is a thread with pictures of the minstrel on the forums.
I like my minstrel main, so I see myself picking her up later on
