I did not get very far with the character creation.
I found out I seem to have the wrong client, so had to try to download that again. With Aion once its downloaded they check for errors, however rather than repairing them if its not correct they download it again. That fact, plus lots of others doing the same, led to not getting the game working.
I also heard about others, opening the game to find it in korean, and the issues with trying to roll on the server you want. Also unbalanced populations (not as many want to be elyos).
So, hopefully tonight I might be able to get it working, or at least downloaded.
This will be very handy in the next few days
